EMERGENCY RN

Location: Tooele, Utah

Name of unit and # of Beds Per Unit: Emergency Department, 10 Beds

Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1 to 3 usually

Credentials required: RN

Facility Size: 46 Bed

Scrub Color: Gray is recommended but not required.

Shift: PM (1800-0600)

Details of unit (average census, floating requirements, culture of unit, total FTEs): 

• Average 50-60 patient daily census, No float requirement, set schedule, Team-centered culture (motto: No One Sits Until We Can All Sit), staff 4 AM, 1 mid, and 4 PM nurses per shift with tech and clerk support.

Experience:

• RN license required with 1 year of nursing experience recommended, but not required. Will hire new grads based on interpersonal skills and favorable recommendations.

Salary Range based on experience: 34.50-55.20

Differentials: basically 5% evenings, 10% Nights
