Theory Proctors

Saunders Staffing Agency is seeking 1 part-time time reliable and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Theory Proctor. The Theory Proctor plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and security of the examination process. This position is responsible for ensuring that all candidates are properly identified and that exams are administered in accordance with established protocols. The Theory Proctor will work approximately two days per week, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the potential for additional hours based on examination schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Check-in candidates: Verify IDs, capture photos, and upload to the system.
• Administer exams: Distribute materials, explain instructions, and monitor the exam room.
• Maintain a secure and distraction-free testing environment.
• Collect materials and perform light clean-up after exams.
• Report any irregularities to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Detail-oriented with strong observation and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain professionalism.
• Basic computer skills.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Professional office or testing center environment
