Overview:
The Cardiovascular Service Line Administrator will spearhead the strategic planning, operations, and performance of our cardiovascular service line. This role demands exceptional leadership abilities, a profound understanding of cardiovascular care, and a dedication to providing high-quality, patient-centered services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Implementation: Develop and execute strategic plans to advance the cardiovascular service line goals and objectives in alignment with the organization's priorities.
- Operational Oversight: Manage the daily operations of the cardiovascular service line, ensuring efficient workflows, resource allocation, and quality outcomes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with departmental managers, physicians, and staff to optimize patient flow, enhance service delivery, and achieve operational excellence.
- Performance Improvement: Analyze data and implement initiatives to improve clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets for the cardiovascular service line, monitoring expenses , and revenue streams to ensure financial sustainability and profitability.
- Resource Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost containment, revenue enhancement, and resource optimization while maintaining high standards of care.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices, regulatory standards, and accreditation requirements.
- Quality Metrics: Lead efforts to achieve and sustain quality metrics, including patient safety, clinical outcomes, and satisfaction measures.
- Audits and Risk Management: Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and mitigate potential risks.
- Stakeholder Relations: Cultivate positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including physicians, staff, patients, and community partners.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between the cardiovascular service line and other departments, promoting interdisciplinary collaboration and communication.
- Professional Representation: Represent the organization in professional forums, conferences, and industry events to enhance visibility and foster strategic partnerships.
Qualifications:
- A bachelors degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 4 years of experience in executive/administrative roles and business development within a healthcare setting.This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the delivery of cardiovascular care and to lead a dedicated team toward achieving excellence in patient outcomes and operational performance.
Salary - 125k to 150k plus bonus
