Job Description:

There is an immediate opening for a Litigation & Trial Practice/Antitrust Associate Attorney with a minimum of 4 years of experience. The successful candidate will join our expanding Antitrust team and will have the opportunity to work on government enforcement, merger, and counseling matters. This role offers regular client exposure, project management responsibilities, and diverse work across a variety of interesting industries and clients within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle antitrust matters including counseling, investigations, and litigation.
  • Assist in government enforcement actions and merger reviews.
  • Manage projects and provide strategic advice to clients.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to achieve successful outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the state bar.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in antitrust law.
  • Experience with Hart-Scott-Rodino Act filings is strongly desired.
  • Previous government agency experience is a plus.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Prior experience in antitrust counseling, investigations, and litigation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multitask effectively.
