Job Summary and Qualifications
Provides care for patients requiring CT procedures. Performs all duties directly involved with procedures utilizing CT for diagnostic procedures and guidance for interventional procedures in accordance with ALARA standards. Operates equipment setting appropriate technical factors to produce diagnostic quality images according to radiology practice standards, minimize patient dose, and relay images along with pertinent clinical information to the physician for interpretation. Assists with inventory management and patient scheduling. Takes on-call as assigned to provide after-hours high-volume coverage.
Certification/Licensure Requirements:
- FL State Radiology License
- ARRT R and CT
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS)
Experience Requirements:
- 1yr exp in CT required

Additional position details:
North Florida does not hire candidates who will work only in the hospital or only at an FSED. They rotate everyone through the hospital and FSEDs for their weekly schedule. They won't work in one location exclusively. All candidates are required to have their CT registry since they will work at the FSED and it is required at those facilities.

On-call: There are three 12-hour shifts a month
Sal range: 2 Yrs: $32.52 5 Yrs: $34.00 10 Yrs: $36.95 Max is $44.34
