Product Manager

My client develops decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms that enables economic empowerment for all. At the heart of its development efforts is a decentralized exchange where Cardano-based peer-to-peer transactions can be conducted quickly, safely and inexpensively.

They are a family of risk-takers and innovators looking to spearhead the future of finance. They're looking for an enthusiastic product manager that can work well with our small but experienced team and keep up with the fast pace, continuously evolving environment that we operate in.


Role Description
As the product manager your role is to manage product development efforts, communicate with upper management and the development team on timelines, roadmap, and the strategy and rollout of new products and features. You will be constantly exposed to the latest technology and should be able to build relationships with key partners across the space.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or higher
• 5+ years of experience with feature delivery in the tech sector
• Great intuition in relation to customer engagement and a proven track record in identifying product capabilities
• Strong data analysis skills
• Technical fluency

Responsibilities

• Communicate with upper management to coordinate timelines, roadmap, and strategy around new features and products
• Provide leadership on business initiatives
• Guide and provide feedback to engineers
• Keep current on trends in the DeFi and blockchain industry

Nice to Have

• Past experience in the blockchain ecosystem
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or related applications
• MBA or masters in a related field
