About the Role
An exciting international opportunity is available for a Junior Product & Operations Manager – E-Instant (Fast Play) to support the development, launch, management and ongoing optimisation of a growing instant-win gaming portfolio in Mauritius.
The successful candidate will work within the Fast Play product function, supporting the management of products across their lifecycle – from product and game development through launch, operational implementation, performance monitoring, customer experience and ongoing optimisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a developing product professional who wants to build specialist experience within the lottery and gaming industry and gain international exposure.
Important note for screening: The client has not provided a separate detailed specification for the junior position. This specification has therefore been developed from the responsibilities of the senior Product & Operations Manager – Fast Play role, with the accountability appropriately reduced for a junior-level appointment. The senior role itself covers the complete Fast Play lifecycle, commercial performance, operations, game/player experience, technology, retail integration and compliance.
International Appointment & Relocation
This position is based in Mauritius and requires relocation.
The successful candidate will be appointed on a long-term contract and must be willing to live and work in Mauritius for the duration of the assignment.
The company will assist the successful expatriate candidate with the necessary work-permit process and will provide for periodic trips home during the contract.
Full details of the expatriate package and home-travel arrangements will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.
