Job description
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring it reaches the right recipients promptly, organize paperwork, maintain filing systems, and retrieve documents as needed.
- Monitor office supplies (e.g., stationery, printer cartridges) and reorder, when necessary, additionally, keep supply closets organized and stocked.
- Greet guests, offer refreshments and direct them to the appropriate personnel, Handle inquiries, transfer calls, and take messages.
- Coordinate calendars, arrange meetings, and send invitations.
- Provide administrative support to team members as needed.
- Ensure common areas are tidy and presentable and disburse small amounts of cash for office expenses.
Additional Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
- Experience with calendar management tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Academic qualification
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field.
- Experience: 1+ Prior work as an office assistant or in a related field enhances your qualifications.
