About the job Procurement Officer
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare procurement schedule plans based on each unit/departments need assessment and approved budget;
Prepare bids documents as per the guidelines and select the appropriate advertising medias to address the right provider;
Ensures completeness/compliance of all requests of goods/services before they are processed;
Prepare and maintain standard contract documents, Terms of Reference (ToR) and bid evaluation report as per the standard and guidelines;
Prepare standard award letters for the nominated suppliers in consultation with the Procurement Department Head;
Ensure procured items and services meet the stated standard/requirements including the delivery time and distribution schedule;
Ensure timely collection of quotations, evaluation and selection of suppliers for all approved requests of goods/services and;
Organize transportation facilities, storage, and manage information accrued from points of origin to delivery as required;
Assist and consult on the overall procurement activities, including annual forecasting;
Assist in the selection and evaluation process of the potential supplier by preparing price comparisons in a bi-year basis;
Maintain comprehensive procurement records including an up-to-date suppliers list;
Ensure procurement processes are in line with the standard and guidelines;
Ensuring a healthy and transparent business relationship with suppliers and vendors;
Other tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor.
Requirements
Qualification: Bachelor degree in Procurement and Supply Management or related fields

Strong time management and supervision skill
Has good team-building skill
Proficient Computer skill
Negotiation and influencing skill
Working experience: 4+ years experience in related fields
Salary: Negotiable
