Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders;
  • Processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders, reports, and documents
  • Tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received;
  • To confirm proper stock levels, ensure adequate record keeping and documentation is in place;
  • Maintain inventory control and timely report when the stock level reached maximum limits;
  • Ensures safekeeping of inventories both to quality and quantity of materials;
  • Conduct an inventory count in a weekly basis and reconcile against each item bin cards;
  • Reported on a regular basis regarding the need/demand of items so that future orders could be placed accordingly;
  • Maintain proper documentation during delivery and dispatch all the time;
  • Issue supplies as per the demand and maintained proper approvals;
  • Monitored the functioning of store equipment and reported problems and failures in a timely manner;
  • Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner;
  • Perform other stock management-related duties, including returning, packing, and labelling supplies;
  • Other tasks as assigned by your supervisor

Requirements

Academic qualification

  • Degree in Procurement, Supply & Logistic Management or related fields.

Work Experience

  • 2+ years experience preferably in the Manufacturing sector
