The role
My client is looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors with German
language skills who are based or are willing to relocate to Bulgaria. The
ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues.
You will be responsible for driving positive and quality experience
for clients.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone and email
- Provide knowledgeable answers to customer queries
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Fluent in German (B2/C1) both verbal and written and English B2 level
- Eagerness to learn, positive attitude and adaptability
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- EU citizenship or valid work permit in Bulgaria
