About the job Lifting Planner

Do lifting plan (simple lift, complicated lift & complex lift) & supervise lifting activities on site. Responsible for execution of all above activities according to maintenance / basic team activity schedule for a particular area/site. Interfaces with all functions within the areas and the company to ensure execution of lifting activities and the work is in accordance with the best practices and HSSE standards to meet Business targets. 

Principal accountabilities:
HSE:

1. To always act in accordance with the Policy on Health, Safety and Environment and execute all maintenance activities
accordingly.
2. Attend toolbox meetings before start of activities and ensure that all safety precautions have been considered.
Complete the necessary documents, JHA certificates and permit to work (PTW) correctly and obtain full documented
authorization before work execution.

Maintenance Execution:

3. Execute lifting activities effectively within budget and to the required quality for the asset team and other function for
maintaining/restoring Integrity and Reliability/ Availability to achieve targeted hydrocarbon production.
4. Confirm that all necessary mechanical, electrical and instrument isolations are in place before work execution.
5. Liaise with the scheduler/work preparer on material requirements and changes in work scope/schedule.
6. Execute maintenance in line with preventive maintenance schedules and plans, complete all check sheets fully and
route to the relevant support engineer.
7. Use correct tools, materials, lifting gear and approved replacement parts to complete the task.
8. Input man-hours and history into SAP work orders accordingly.
9. Ensure that records for safety critical equipment (SCEs) are fully completed and up to date.
10. Adhere to weekly work schedule prepared by scheduler and complete the job as per schedule.
11. Comply with procedures and work instructions when carrying out lifting activities.
12. To coach and assist under MCS/2/21/22
13. Working extended hours and weekend if require.

Qualifications: 

A HND/Bachelor's degree in relevant fields 

Engineer with above 10 years experience on complex lift plan 

Proven experience as a Lifting Planner Familiarity with lifting standards and regulations (e.g. LOLER, OSHA, ASME B30)
