About the Role

Were hiring a Tech Lead who can both architect and build the backend engine behind SalesPad.

You'll own the entire backend from database design and API orchestration to integrations and performance ensuring every component runs as one seamless platform.

What You'll Do

• Architect and deploy a scalable backend using Supabase, Node.js, Redis, and OpenAI APIs.
• Design multi-tenant structures, queue logic, and modular service patterns.
• Build and integrate automation agents (Lead Gen, Call, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Email, Ads).
• Connect backend with frontend for smooth, real-time data flow.
• Maintain clean, documented code (README, architecture.md, diagrams).
• Conduct QA, performance optimization, and system monitoring.
• Share daily Loom updates + short written reports on progress.
  

What You'll Bring

• 7+ years backend or full-stack experience; 3+ years in technical leadership or architecture.
• Proven record building and scaling SaaS products from zero to production.
• Strong command of Node.js / TypeScript, PostgreSQL / Supabase, and Redis.
• Deep understanding of API architecture, authentication, and integration best practices.
• Experience connecting multiple third-party APIs.
• Familiarity with AI or automation frameworks (OpenAI, LangChain etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent communication able to explain complex tech simply.
