Job Responsibilities


  • Coordinate and oversee educational programs, ensuring alignment with curriculum and standards
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and external partners to ensure smooth program implementation
  • Organize and schedule educational events, workshops, and seminars

  • Monitor the effectiveness of educational programs and make recommendations for improvements
  • Assist with recruitment, training, and onboarding of educators or volunteers
  • Ensure that educational materials and resources are available and up to date
  • Maintain records of student progress, attendance, and assessments

  • Provide support to students, parents, and staff regarding educational needs and resources
  • Communicate program updates to stakeholders, including parents, students, and staff
  • Support compliance with local, state, and federal educational regulations

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field

  • Previous experience in education coordination or program management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Proficiency in using educational software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to problem-solve and prioritize tasks
