Job Title: Store Associate

Hourly Pay: $14 - $19/hour

Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide assistance in finding products and making purchasing decisions
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including stocking shelves and arranging displays
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and unpacking deliveries
• Process customer transactions quickly and accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges in a friendly and professional manner
• Support store leadership in achieving sales targets and maintaining store standards
• Ensure the store is visually appealing and well-maintained at all times

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Ability to use POS systems and handle cash transactions

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

• Must have reliable transportation and dependable attendance
