Job Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
- Provide support and guidance on employee relations issues and resolve workplace conflicts
- Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave of absence policies
Assist in developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure compliance with company policies
- Support performance management processes, including employee evaluations and disciplinary actions
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Collaborate with department leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals
Monitor HR trends and make recommendations for improvements
- Handle other HR-related duties as needed
Qualifications
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role
Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and MS Office
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide guidance and support to employees
