Job Title: Project Manager

Hourly Pay: $30 - $45/hour

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the planning and execution of various projects across multiple departments
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to define project goals, expectations, and deliverables
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure that project scope and objectives are clearly defined and met within established deadlines and budget constraints
• Manage project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and adherence to timelines
• Track and report on project performance, making adjustments as needed to keep the project on track
• Manage project budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and controlling project costs
• Prepare and present regular project status updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders
• Facilitate project meetings and document meeting outcomes and action items

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar leadership role

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)

• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage competing priorities

• PMP certification is a plus, but not required
