Job Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement talent development strategies that align with company goals and values
  • Design and deliver training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills, knowledge, and overall performance
  • Conduct assessments to identify skill gaps and create tailored learning solutions
  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and areas for improvement
  • Create and manage a structured learning and development calendar

  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvements
  • Facilitate workshops, seminars, and e-learning sessions

  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to ensure their continuous development
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent development
  • Support succession planning and leadership development initiatives

Qualifications


  • Proven experience in talent development, learning and development, or similar HR roles
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to design engaging and effective training programs

  • Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training tools
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills

  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies

  • Proactive, solution-oriented attitude with a passion for employee growth
