Job Title: Concierge
Hourly Pay: $18 - $30/hour
Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Concierge to join our team! In this role, you will provide personalized services to guests, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. Whether it’s arranging transportation, recommending local attractions, or managing special requests, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for guests.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with their requests, offering personalized recommendations and services
- Book reservations for dining, tours, entertainment, and other activities, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Coordinate transportation, including taxis, rideshares, and private vehicles
- Provide guests with information about the hotel’s amenities, nearby attractions, and local events
- Handle guest requests, such as arranging spa treatments, special occasions, or accommodations for specific needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally
- Work closely with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs, including housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance
- Maintain a detailed knowledge of local businesses, attractions, and events to offer valuable recommendations
- Ensure guest privacy and confidentiality at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is a plus
1-2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
Knowledge of local area attractions and businesses preferred
- Experience with hotel management software and booking systems is a plus
