Job Title: Remote Help Desk Support

Hourly Pay: $20 - $24/hour

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone or email to resolve technical problems

• Help users navigate software or hardware issues

• Stay updated on product features and new troubleshooting techniques

Qualifications

• Comfortable speaking with customers and explaining technical issues clearly

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with troubleshooting

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home

• No prior experience requiredwe provide the training

• Experience with help desk software or customer support is a plus
