Job Title: Remote Guest Service Agent

Hourly Pay: $16 - $25/hour

In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to guests by assisting with check-ins, check-outs, and addressing inquiries or concerns. Job Responsibilities


  • Welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor upon arrival
  • Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded
  • Address guest inquiries and provide detailed information about the hotel’s services, amenities, and local attractions
  • Resolve guest complaints or concerns quickly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Assist with making reservations, updating guest information, and handling cancellations
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and courteous manner
  • Process payments and provide accurate billing statements

  • Handle guest requests, such as wake-up calls, transportation, or special accommodations

Qualifications


  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic computer skills and experience with hotel management software (preferred)
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude at all times
