Job Title: HR Coordinator
Hourly Pay: $20 - $26/hour
Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Coordinator to assist in the daily operations of our Human Resources department. In this role, you will provide administrative support across various HR functions, from recruitment to employee relations. Job Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications
Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date
- Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation sessions
- Help administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans
Assist in organizing employee training and development programs
- Coordinate employee relations activities and maintain a positive work environment
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
- Support HR leadership with various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and HR-related documents
- Assist in employee performance management processes
Qualifications
Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office applications
- Positive, solution-oriented attitude with a desire to support employees
- Flexible availability and willingness to learn new HR processes
