Job Responsibilities

- Track and report on team performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and response time
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one check-ins to foster communication and growth
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service and team leadership
Strong communication and coaching skills
- Comfortable working with customer service tools, CRM software, and performance tracking systems
- Ability to handle challenging customer situations with patience and professionalism
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
