Job Title: Remote Property Manager

Hourly Pay: $25 - $30/hour

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of residential and commercial properties

• Communicate with tenants to address their concerns, resolve maintenance requests, and ensure a high level of satisfaction
• Manage property budgets, including rent collections, operating expenses, and vendor payments
• Coordinate property maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure all properties are well-maintained
• Enforce lease agreements and ensure compliance with local housing regulations
• Market available units and handle tenant leasing and renewal processes

• Prepare and review financial reports for property owners and investors

• Work with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure cost-effective operations

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Property Manager or in a similar real estate management role

• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Knowledge of property management software and leasing platforms

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties remotely

• Must have reliable internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace
