Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for client inquiries and requests, providing personalized support

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction
- Assist clients with onboarding, account setup, and troubleshooting product/service issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience in client-facing roles, such as customer service or account management
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize client needs effectively
Proficient in using CRM tools and customer support platforms
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
