Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the annual salary review and bonus processes

  • Advise leadership and HR teams on compensation-related matters and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Ensure proper communication of compensation and benefits offerings to employees
  • Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs and recommend improvements

Qualifications


  • Proven experience as a Compensation and Benefits Manager or in a similar HR management role
  • Strong understanding of compensation strategies, benefits programs, and employment laws
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills

  • Experience with HRIS and compensation management systems

  • Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote setting
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
