Job Title: Remote Client Relations Specialist

Hourly Pay: $20 - $24/hour

Job Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from clients

• Address client concerns or complaints and find appropriate solutions

• Keep accurate records of client interactions in our system

• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle client inquiries with professionalism and patience

• Comfortable using computers and customer relationship management (CRM) software

• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• A quiet home office with reliable internet

• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles is a plus
