Job Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the entire real estate transaction process, from offer to closing
• Negotiate offers and counteroffers, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction

• Maintain a strong understanding of the local real estate market trends

• Create and distribute listings, marketing materials, and advertisements for properties
• Collaborate with clients, mortgage brokers, and legal teams to ensure transactions are completed efficiently

Qualifications

• Active real estate license in your state or region

• Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and property valuation

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule in a remote environment
• Comfortable using digital tools for virtual showings and property marketing
• Must have reliable internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace
