Job Title: Teacher

Hourly Pay: $20 - $35/hour

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging lessons that meet curriculum standards

• Monitor and assess student progress and provide feedback to guide improvement
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel supported and motivated

• Plan and implement educational activities and assessments

• Communicate regularly with students, parents, and administrators regarding student progress
• Maintain student records, including attendance, grades, and behavioral data
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the learning experience

• Encourage students’ social, emotional, and academic development

• Address student questions and provide additional support when needed
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with teaching methods

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (required)

• Teaching certification (specific to state or region)

• Previous teaching experience is preferred, but not required

• Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills
• Passion for working with students and fostering a positive learning environment
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse student needs
