Job Title: Project Administrator

Hourly Pay: $24 - $32/hour

Job Responsibilities


  • Administer project schedules, ensuring that tasks are completed within established timelines
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, reports, and status updates
  • Monitor project progress and assist in coordinating resources and activities
  • Organize and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting outcomes
  • Track project milestones and ensure deadlines are met

  • Support the Project Manager in managing project budgets and ensuring cost control
  • Prepare project reports and presentations for stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Provide logistical support for project activities, including booking travel or arranging meetings
  • Assist with risk management and the identification of issues or delays in the project timeline
  • Ensure proper filing and organization of project documentation


Qualifications


  • Previous experience as a Project Administrator or in a similar administrative/project support role
  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of budget management and resource allocation
