Job Title: Remote Mortgage Advisor

Hourly Pay: $30 - $40/hour

Job Responsibilities

• Advise clients on the various types of mortgage loans available, including fixed-rate, adjustable-rate, FHA, and VA loans
• Guide clients through the mortgage application process, from pre-approval to closing
• Evaluate clients' financial situations to recommend the most suitable mortgage products
• Work with underwriters and other stakeholders to ensure timely processing of mortgage applications
• Stay up to date on the latest mortgage products, industry trends, and regulations
• Assist clients in gathering necessary documentation for loan processing
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the mortgage process

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or in a similar mortgage-related role
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, lending guidelines, and industry regulations

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to analyze financial information and recommend appropriate mortgage solutions

• Comfortable working independently and remotely

• Must have reliable internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace
