Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls for follow-ups or appointment confirmations
Handle billing questions and guide customers through payment portals
Enter accurate notes from each call
Send email confirmations or simple reminders after calls
Support incoming questions when needed during high call volume

Qualifications
Strong speaking and listening skills
Able to follow templates while keeping a natural tone
Organized and detail-focused
Home office setup with stable internet
Call center or scheduling experience is a plus
