Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to employee benefits
  • Work with benefits providers to negotiate plans, rates, and resolve issues
  • Assist in the communication of benefits options to employees, providing guidance and support
  • Prepare reports and analysis to assess the effectiveness of benefits programs
  • Track and manage benefits administration timelines to ensure timely enrollments and updates

Qualifications


  • Proven experience as an HR Employee Benefits Specialist or in a similar HR role
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and insurance plans
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and benefits administration software
  • Must have reliable internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace
