Job Title: Learning and Development Specialist

Hourly Pay: $25 - $35/hour

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs focused on employee skill development, leadership, and career growth
• Assess employee training needs through surveys, assessments, and feedback from managers
• Design engaging learning materials and resources, including eLearning courses, workshops, and seminars
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels of the organization
• Track the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with department leaders to ensure alignment of training with company goals
• Provide coaching and support to employees during their development process
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new training techniques and methodologies

• Maintain a comprehensive learning and development calendar

• Administer learning management systems (LMS) and other development tools

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Learning and Development Specialist, Corporate Trainer, or similar role

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Experience in designing and facilitating training programs

• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training tools

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Ability to work collaboratively across departments
