Job Title: HR Operations Analyst

Hourly Pay: $26 - $34/hour

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze HR data, including employee performance, turnover rates, and recruitment metrics
• Identify trends and insights to help improve HR processes and decision-making
• Provide regular reports to HR leadership on key HR performance indicators
• Collaborate with the HR team to streamline HR operations and enhance efficiency
• Conduct audits to ensure HR data accuracy and compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Assist with the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives
• Manage and maintain HR systems, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date
• Support HR projects, including employee surveys, training programs, and system upgrades
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration by ensuring accurate data entry and reporting
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in HR operations

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Operations Analyst or similar analytical role
• Strong proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Knowledge of HR metrics, data analysis techniques, and HR systems

• Ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable format

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
