Job Title: Remote Guest Services Supervisor

Job Responsibilities


  • Supervise and guide front desk staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and high service standards
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs
  • Train and onboard new team members, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Monitor front desk activity, ensuring that all guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations are processed efficiently
  • Maintain guest records, including billing, preferences, and special requests, ensuring accuracy and privacy
  • Handle and resolve escalated guest issues or complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Assist with scheduling and delegating front desk responsibilities to ensure proper coverage
  • Ensure front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming for all guests

Qualifications


  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in hospitality or customer service
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Ability to lead a team and create a positive work environment

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction

  • Comfortable with hotel management systems, reservation software, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment
