Job Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding workplace concerns, including conflicts, complaints, and workplace behavior
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on resolving disputes and improving relationships
- Investigate employee concerns, document findings, and recommend solutions
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive work culture
- Assist in performance management processes, including providing feedback and mediation support
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace regulations, and company policies
- Facilitate employee training on conflict resolution and company policies
- Maintain confidential records of employee relations cases and resolutions
- Collaborate with HR to ensure effective communication and resolution of employee issues
- Monitor and report on employee satisfaction and engagement levels
Qualifications
Proven experience in employee relations, HR, or a related role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive situations
Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of labor laws and HR policies
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems
