Job Responsibilities


  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding workplace concerns, including conflicts, complaints, and workplace behavior
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on resolving disputes and improving relationships
  • Investigate employee concerns, document findings, and recommend solutions
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive work culture
  • Assist in performance management processes, including providing feedback and mediation support
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace regulations, and company policies
  • Facilitate employee training on conflict resolution and company policies
  • Maintain confidential records of employee relations cases and resolutions
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure effective communication and resolution of employee issues
  • Monitor and report on employee satisfaction and engagement levels

Qualifications


  • Proven experience in employee relations, HR, or a related role

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive situations

  • Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities

  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR policies

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems
