Job Responsibilities

• Find candidates through job boards, databases, and social media

• Reach out by phone, email, or messages to invite people to apply

• Explain job openings and answer basic questions

• Set up interviews and follow up with applicants

• Keep records updated in tracking systems

• Share updates with hiring managers and team leads

Qualifications

• Friendly and confident speaking style

• Good writing and typing skills

• Able to stay organized and work independently

• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, or sales is helpful

• High-speed internet and a quiet home setup

• Willing to learn and take feedback
