B2B Sales Executive – Catering & Healthy Meals
Develop and manage sales relationships with B2B clients (schools, universities, hospitals, companies,, and public/private sectors).
Identify and acquire new corporate clients and build a sustainable client base.
Present catering and healthy meal services, including available products and packages.
Prepare quotations, contracts, and negotiate terms until deals are successfully closed.
Coordinate with internal departments (operations, nutrition, kitchen, and logistics) to ensure smooth order execution.
Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
Follow up on client satisfaction and handle feedback or complaints to ensure long-term partnerships.
Prepare regular sales reports on performance, leads, and achievements.
Monitor market trends and competitors and suggest opportunities for service improvement.
Participate in exhibitions, client meetings, and field visits.
