Our client is a major healthcare provider based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

They are searching for a brilliant and daring Chief Marketing Officer to spearhead their marketing campaigns, strategy, and branding - ideally hailing from the hospital, clinic, or healthcare-adjacent industries.

In this role, you will work closely with other C-suite executives, medical professionals, and operational teams to define and execute marketing strategies that drive brand credibility, patient acquisition, service growth, and long-term organizational impact. The ideal candidate possesses both strategic vision and hands-on acumen with a foundational understanding of healthcare regulations, patient behavior, and ethical marketing practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define and lead the overall marketing strategy aligned with the organization's clinical, commercial, and growth objectives.
  • Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and reputation management across hospitals, clinics, and healthcare services.
  • Lead patient acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies across digital and offline channels.
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns for medical services, specialty programs, and new facility launches.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare regulations, ethical standards, and patient privacy requirements.
  • Oversee digital marketing, CRM, performance marketing, content strategy, and patient journey optimization.
  • Manage agency partners, media vendors, and internal marketing teams.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, ROI, and patient conversion data.
  • Support physician branding, referral network development, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Drive innovation in healthcare marketing through data, technology, and evolving patient engagement models.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 10 - 15 years of progressive marketing experience, with 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Prior experience with hospitals, clinics, healthcare providers, or healthcare service organizations is strongly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of healthcare marketing regulations, compliance standards, and patient privacy requirements.
  • Demonstratable success in patient acquisition, brand building, and service line growth.

  • Data-driven mindset, using analytics to guide strategy and decision-making.

  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in complex healthcare environments.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
