About the job Chief Commercial Officer (Healthcare)
Our client is a major healthcare provider based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
They are searching for a seasoned and trustworthy Chief Commercial Officer with extensive experience in the hospital and healthcare industry to be responsible for all commercial aspects of their business.
In this role, you will work closely with other C-suite executives, clinical teams, and operational stakeholders to define and execute commercial strategies that drive revenue growth, service line expansion, and sustainable profits while maintaining uncompromising standards of patient care and regulatory compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the overall commercial strategy across hospital, clinic, and healthcare services.
- Drive revenue growth through service line development, pricing strategy, payer mix optimization, and market expansion.
- Oversee sales, marketing, business development, partnerships, and customer experience functions.
- Develop and manage relationships with insurers, corporate clients, referral networks, and strategic partners.
- Analyze market trends, patient demand, and competitive dynamics to inform commercial decision-making.
- Ensure commercial activities comply with healthcare regulations, ethical standards, and patient privacy requirements.
- Lead commercial performance management, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
- Support new hospital, clinic, and specialty service launches.
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing commercial and business development teams.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 15+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience, with 5 years in senior leadership roles.
- Prior commercial experience with hospitals, healthcare providers, or healthcare service organizations is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing complex commercial operations.
- Deep understanding of healthcare reimbursement models, payer relationships, and regulatory environments.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Strategic mindset with strong financial and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to operate effectively in complex, regulated healthcare environments.
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
