Position Overview:

We are seeking a customer-focused and highly organized Customer Service Representative to handle incoming service requests, customer complaints, appointment scheduling, and other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish, and have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Communication: Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments for service and manage the daily workflow of the team.
  • Customer Support: Address customer complaints, return customer calls, and resolve issues.
  • Sales: Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional services and Advantage Plan memberships.
  • Administrative Tasks: Organize office operations, prepare and review purchase orders, and perform data entry.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Administrative experience preferred.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and typing skills. Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus, but not required as training will be provided.
  • Attributes: Positive attitude, excellent phone communication, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Customer Service: Must have a strong customer service mindset and be a team player.

  • Sales skills and ability to convert inquiries into Advantage Plan memberships.
  • Experience working with ServiceTitan.
  • Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools.
