We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing new features, participating in sprint planning, and ensuring the seamless integration of our front-end and back-end systems. You will be working primarily with Ruby on Rails and React, developing and maintaining our web applications. This position is ideal for someone with significant experience who can hit the ground running and start shipping code quickly.

The ideal candidate for the role is a highly experienced professional in full-stack web development, proficient in Ruby on Rails and React, and capable of quickly integrating into our team and contributing immediately. They possess strong communication skills, a proactive problem-solving attitude, and experience in both feature development and bug fixing within a SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Feature Development: Develop new features as part of our two-week sprint planning cycle.
• Bug Fixing: Participate in bug triaging and fixing, ensuring the robustness of our applications.
• Codebase Management: Maintain and improve our existing codebase, ensuring high standards of quality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our development team, participating in planning sessions and providing input on design and architecture.
• Customer Interaction: Occasionally interact with customers for clarification and additional information as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 7+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and React. Experience with other significant front-end frameworks is a plus.
• SaaS Experience: Previous experience in the SaaS industry is highly desirable but not required.
• Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with other modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Prior experience in a senior developer role without managerial responsibilities.
