Position Overview:

The Transaction Coordinator will manage workflows, task assignments, and client satisfaction within the firm. This role is essential to ensuring efficiency and consistency across various legal service offerings, improving client experiences, and maintaining organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management & Coordination:
  • Oversee client matters to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Assign and track team member workloads to meet deadlines.
  • Act as the primary contact for transaction progress updates.
  • Workflow Oversight:
  • Develop and maintain workflows and checklists for service offerings.
  • Address potential bottlenecks proactively.
  • Align work schedules with client priorities.
  • Client Satisfaction:
  • Collect and monitor client feedback.
  • Partner with attorneys to ensure high-quality client communication.
  • Collaboration Across Teams:
  • Coordinate with attorneys and support staff for efficient matter management.
  • Share updates and best practices across service lines.
  • Quality Control:
  • Audit files regularly to ensure compliance with deadlines.
  • Implement systems to minimize errors.


Qualifications:

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with software such as Airtable and Notion;
  • NetDocuments (preferred);
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in the legal field.
  • Clio Manage
  • Exposure to mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
