About the Company:

We are a recruiting firm that provides services to Independent FedEx contractors all over the US. There are 6,000 contractors in 48 states total. The person will be cold calling them to inquire about how the contractors are handling recruiting and if they have a need for our services or support.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Account Executive to manage client relationships and ensure the successful delivery of our recruitment services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in client management, and the ability to address client concerns with a focus on resolving issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively resolve any client issues related to recruitment services, driver placements, or operational challenges, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Communication Liaison: Act as the bridge between recruiters and clients, ensuring seamless communication to meet both parties expectations and requirements.
  • Client Onboarding & Support: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, clearly explaining our services, and offering ongoing support throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to requests and building strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Account Growth: Work closely with clients to understand their evolving needs, suggesting solutions and improvements to add value to their operations.
  • Reporting & Feedback: Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on recruitment progress, driver performance, and overall account status.
  • Internal Report Generation: Create detailed reports for internal management based on client touchpoints, including communication logs, issue resolution status, and account health. These reports will help drive strategic decisions and improve service delivery across the company.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (recruiting, operations, and leadership) to ensure client needs are being met and exceeded.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and recruitment activities in CRM systems.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management, customer service, or a related role, ideally within the recruiting or logistics industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude towards issue resolution.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of the recruiting or logistics industry is a plus.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in cold calling.
  • Ability to communicate well and adapt to client needs.
