Job Title: Project Delivery Coordinator
Location: Remote (PST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 3000 USD
Work Schedule: Flexible 40-hour workweek with a minimum 4-hour overlap during core hours (9 AM5 PM PST) on weekdays. No weekend work is required.

Sagan represents a growing automation and AI-driven consulting firm that helps small to mid-sized businesses streamline their processes through automation. With a well-established service model and a growing client base, they are seeking a Project Delivery Coordinator to support operations and project execution.
Position Overview:
The Project Delivery Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring smooth project execution and operational efficiency for both client and internal initiatives. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with familiarity in automation tools and project management software will have an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
- Track project milestones, manage timelines, and ensure task alignment across teams.
- Assist in prioritizing key activities, gathering data for reporting, and ensuring smooth information flow.
Content & Documentation:
- Create presentations, proposals, workflows, and training materials to support internal and client adoption of new technologies.
Tool & Data Management:
- Manage collaboration tools (Slack, Miro, Coda, Google Drive) and organize client-related data for workflow efficiency.
Process Optimization:
- Analyze workflows, identify improvements, and document best practices to enhance project efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or administrative support, preferably in a tech-driven or startup environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and track deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills - strong written and verbal abilities for clear documentation and team coordination.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment, handling shifting priorities with efficiency.
- Fluent English, with strong written and spoken communication (accent not a major concern).
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in client-facing roles, agencies, or automation-driven companies (SaaS, tech consultancy).
- Managing multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp) and collaborative platforms (Notion, Coda).
- Remote work experience in a distributed team.
