Job Description:

Sagan is looking for a skilled CRM Specialist with ServiceTitan Expertise to manage and optimize CRM processes for our clients in the home services industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceTitan and be adept at using CRM systems to enhance customer engagement, track performance, and improve business outcomes. This role demands a tech-savvy individual with strong organizational and problem-solving skills who can work independently and adapt to evolving client needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure, customize, and manage ServiceTitan CRM to meet client-specific needs.
  • Analyze customer data and generate actionable insights to improve operations and performance.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients and team members on ServiceTitan usage.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy within the CRM.
  • Create and maintain reports to track key metrics, trends, and customer behavior.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceTitan with other systems.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize CRM workflows and improve the overall user experience.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support client projects and business goals.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with ServiceTitan CRM, preferably in the home services industry.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM management or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and their role in customer engagement and business operations.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present insights effectively.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Docs, Sheets, and project management software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience integrating ServiceTitan with other software platforms.
  • Familiarity with the home services or field service industry workflows and processes.
  • Advanced certifications in CRM platforms or ServiceTitan are a plus.
