Job Title: Business Applications Developer
Location: Remote (PST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 4000 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (PST), at least 4 hours/day overlap with EST

Position Overview:

Were seeking a Business Applications Developer to build and optimize no-code/low-code workflows that automate internal processes. You'll design integrations across tools like Airtable, Power Apps, and Zapier (or similar), and help shape internal systems that scale with the business. This is a high-impact, hands-on role ideal for a systems thinker who thrives on clean automation and is comfortable working across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain automation using tools like Power Apps, Zapier, Airtable, or Monday.com.
• Build and manage API integrations across platforms using REST APIs and webhooks.
• Translate business needs into internal tools and streamlined workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify automation opportunities.
• Maintain documentation and troubleshoot systems and processes.
• Keep up with evolving tools and best practices in automation and integration.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with no-code/low-code app development and automation.
• Strong experience with Power Apps, Zapier, Airtable, or similar platforms.
• Solid experience building API integrations and working with open APIs.
• Comfort with scripting or programming in JavaScript, Python, or similar languages.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with Monday.com, HubSpot, SharePoint, Juniper Square, or similar business tools.
• Familiarity with AI prompt engineering or generative AI tools.
• Background in startup or investment firm environments.
