Position Overview:
Were seeking a driven, coachable Sales Development Representative (SDR) to lead top-of-funnel outreach to craft breweries across Europe. This role is 100% remote and computer-based, focused on identifying, nurturing, and converting sales leads through thoughtful email communication. No phone work is required -- just clarity, professionalism, and curiosity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify qualified leads through email and online research.
- Manage your pipeline of prospects, with a focus on nurturing and long-term follow-up.
- Write engaging, persuasive email communication to build trust and move prospects through the funnel.
- Coordinate handoffs for closing, including internal team collaboration or forwarding to phone-based closers where needed.
- Use AI tools to support productivity, personalization, and outreach strategy.
Qualifications:
- Strong written English skills.
- Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or outreach preferred.
- Comfortable using Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- A proactive communicator who thrives in an independent, remote work environment.
- Traits: Smart, Hungry, Coachable.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Fluent or conversational in an additional European language (French, Spanish, Italian, or German).
- Interest in the craft industry -- beer, wine, coffee, food, etc.
- Familiarity with using AI tools to optimize workflows or improve communication.
