Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Low Code/No Code Automation Specialist with a strong foundation in automation tools and workflow creation. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in developing and implementing solutions using Make.com and Zapier. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Automation Development:

  • Design, build, and optimize workflows using Make.com and Zapier.
  • Develop custom integrations and automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency.


Technical Support:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automation setups.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address technical requirements.


Project Management:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
  • Document workflows, processes, and solutions for internal and client reference.


Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct testing to ensure workflows function as intended.
  • Monitor automation performance and implement improvements as needed.


Qualifications:

Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in workflow automation using Make.com and Zapier.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.


Preferred Experience:

  • Background in software development or IT support.
  • Familiarity with API integrations and webhooks.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
